Meet Our Team

Wendy Morgason | Owner

As President and majority owner, Wendy oversees the company's daily operations, business management, and certifications.

She is committed to ensuring every project is completed efficiently while upholding their high standards of quality and service.

Mike Morgason | Owner

With over 20 years of hands-on welding and fabrication experience, Mike Morgason oversees project design, production, and quality control at Circle M Weld & Fab. He works closely with customers to deliver durable, high-quality solutions tailored to each project's needs.

Dalan Morgason 

Dalan has been part of the Circle-M team since the company was founded and has worked full-time alongside Mike for the past 11 years. Known by many as “Jr.,” Dalan is recognized for his quick wit, sharp comebacks, and extensive knowledge of the shop.

Logan Smith 

Logan has been with Circle-M for 4 years. Known as the smallest member of the crew, he’s often the one called upon to get into tight spaces and awkward positions to complete detailed welding work that others can’t easily reach.

Mitch Sturm 

Mitch has been a member of the team for 6 years. He’s known for always looking dirty (no we’re not joking). More often than not, Mitch looks like he’s just finished the toughest job in the shop, a testament to his dedication and willingness to tackle any challenge.

Kaden Neer 

Kaden joined the team in March 2026 and quickly became a positive influence around the shop. His upbeat attitude and sense of humor help keep morale high, making him a great addition to the team.

Whitney Lesmeister 

Whitney has been part of the Circle-M team for the past year and serves as the friendly face of the office. Whether you’re calling with a question, scheduling work, or paying a bill, Whitney is often the first person you’ll speak with and is always ready to help.
